Get inside the Accademia Gallery in the evening with this rare special twilight tour.
With pre-booked tickets, after most of the visitors have left for the day, enjoy a calm ambiance to take in Italian Renaissance masterpieces.
An English speaking guide, fluent and highly knowledgeable, will accompany you through the gallery commenting illuminatingly on famous works by Michelangelo, Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, and others.
‘Don’t forget to see the exquisite sculptures in the Gipsoteca Bartolini or some of the other interesting exhibits in the Museum of Musical Instruments; for most visitors, however, the high point of a visit here will be to come within touching distance of Michelangelo’s magnificent David and find out just how many artists have tried their hand at duplicating this masterwork.
Once this portion of the guided tour is over, you are free to stay on and look around the rest of the museum for as long as you like up until the closing time.

- - Large bags, backpacks, luggage and tripods cannot be brought into the Accademia Gallery. There is no coat check or space on-site to leave your belongings. Please leave such items at your hotel.
- - Mandatory: Everyone is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports on all tours. A photo of the first page of your passport saved on your smartphone works as well.
- - We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages.
